The Big Vote 2008

Obama? McCain? Chicken? Frog? So many decisions this year.

Well, the Presidential one was quite easy for me, but I need a little bit of help with what Jak should be for Halloween.

Do you like the Funky Chicken?

Or do you like the Froggy Legs?

Vote now and may the best man, er, animal win!

Disclaimer: Jak will actually choose and I'm not telling which one he's leaning towards, but I thought it'd be fun to see what you all think! Leave me a note after you vote!

I am leaning towards the frog one!! I haven't decided what I am doing for Halloween either but with not very much money we may have to recycle some old costumes!!

I voted frog! Love it! Thanks for the veggies advice - we enjoyed steamed cauliflower last night with dinner and it was really easy to get the kids to try it b/c they already like broccoli so I steamed some of that with it and told them it was almost the same as broccoli just white instead of green and that worked great. We voted for which was best and they still said the "green" one but I am glad they both ate without a hassle! Yay! I have to update myself on your posts b/c I am a moron and had my fav link to a post in feb 08 instead of your main page - what a doofus! glad to see you updated since then (he he)

To me it looks like he is trying to take the chicken off. Both are cute!

I mean, you really cannot go wrong with either -- he'll either be the cutest frog or the cutest chicken, but I'm partial to the frog :) So sweet! We'll have a ladybug on our hands this year . . .
Love reading your blog!

Annie, I am all about recycling Halloween costumes! I can't stand spending $$ on something they are going to wear once! Thank God for hand-me-downs! I think we should start a Halloween costume exchange. It would be a huge hit!

Hi Terri! So glad you are enjoying your yummy veggies! And happy too, that you noticed I am still here, even since Feb! :)
